As far as the streets of Indiana and Indianapolis go, this next artist Lil E Hoe is the definition. I would describe his flow, content, and likeability to that of Lil Boosie. Lil E has a realness in his rhymes and a conviction in his voice that lets you know the hood tales are not all just rapping. After being released following an acquittal on charges, Lil E has put out a very SOLID project, "Back 2 Life" - reaching out to the likes of Starlito on his "Coming From Where I'm From" record.
