*What In THEE HELL Files Pt. 2* American cage fighter 'rips out still-beating heart of training partner

What in the Hell kind of people are we raising in AMERICA?? SHEEEESH!!

A U.S. cage fighter ripped out the heart of his training partner while he was still alive after becoming convinced he was possessed by the devil, it was alleged today.

Jarrod Wyatt also cut out Taylor Powell's tongue and ripped off most of his face in a brutal assault that police said looked like a scene from a horror film, officers said.

They claim they found the 26-year-old standing naked over his friend's body with parts, including an eyeball, strewn around the blood splattered room in Klamath, California.

Wyatt allegedly told police he had drunk a cup of tea spiked with hallucinogenic mushrooms and became convinced Powell was possessed.

According to an autopsy Powell, 21, bled to death after his heart was ripped out. The coroner said Powell had been alive when the organ was ripped out after his chest had been sliced open with a knife.

Wyatt told the police he thrown the heart into a fire along with other organs that he had removed from the body, it was claimed.

He allegedly told investigators he cooked the body parts because he was fearful Powell was still alive and he ‘needed to stop the Devil’.

Police had been called to the grisly scene after a third friend had witnessed a sudden mood change in Wyatt after they had all ingested wild mushroom tea.

Justin Davis told police he returned to the flat to find Wyatt naked and covered from head to toe in blood. He noticed an eyeball lying in the middle of the floor and saw Powell's mutilated body. A lawyer representing Wyatt has claimed the wild mushrooms caused him to act in such a violent way and had not control over his actions.

‘My client was trying to silence the devil,’ said James Fallman. ‘I think he was having a psychotic fit based on the mushrooms he had.’

Wyatt has been charged with first degree murder and torture. Prosecutors added the torture charge as Powell was still alive when his heart was removed.

*What The H*ll is going on Files* - Man EATS another man's face!

This Man got NAKED and ATE THIS MAN'S FACE? Alright maaaan, this sh*ts getting RIDICULOUS!

MIAMI - Sources identified the man who was shot and killed by police while biting off parts of another man's face near Downtown Miami on Saturday.

Police sources identified the man as Rudy Eugene.

Police said Eugene, 31, was found attacking another man near the west end of the MacArthur Causeway and Biscayne Boulevard on Saturday afternoon.

"When the officer approached him, told him to stop, pointed a gun at him, he turned around and growled like a wild animal and kept eating at the man's face," Fraternal Order of Police President Armando Aguilar said Sunday.

A witness said Eugene was biting off pieces of the other man's face and tossing them aside. He described it as looking like a scene out of The Walking Dead.

Police then shot and killed Eugene after attempting to stop the assault.

It's unclear what sparked the fight.

Aguilar said Eugene had likely overdosed, citing four past instances in Miami-Dade County when people overdosed on a type of LSD, removed their clothes, and became violent.

"It causes them to go completely insane and become very violent," said Aguilar.

The victim, a homeless man who frequents the same area where he was nearly killed, is listed in critical condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Aguilar said 75 to 80 percent of the victim's face was missing.

Both men have had prior run-ins with law enforcement. Miami-Dade court records for both show both men have been arrested for mostly a handful of misdemeanors.

Who is Rudy Eugene? Eugene was previously married. He met his now ex-wife in high school at North Miami Beach Senior High.

Their marriage was short-lived, lasting a year and a half.

"I wouldn't say he had mental problem but he always felt like people was against him type of attitude. No one was for him, everyone was against him," said Eugene's ex-wife.

The two filed for divorce in 2007 during a violent point in their relationship.

The woman told Local 10's Terrell Forney that Eugene became increasingly violent toward her.

"That's why I left," said Eugene's ex-wife.

The two had not spoken in three or four years.

A woman who answered the door at Eugene's former North Miami Beach home told Local 10 that the prior family had lost the 1-story house to foreclosure in 2011.

However, Eugene would often pop up to the home unannounced, often looking for mail, which made the new family uncomfortable.

"He kind of looked weird a little bit but other than that I said as long as I've got bats and got the alarm system put up, I was okay," said the woman.

*Hurts my Heart Files* - Brian Banks freed on account of fake claim after 10 yrs

Ouch.

::Teen’s NFL Dreams Squashed By Fake Rape Claim, Woman Confesses 10 Years Later::

The kidnap-rape conviction of a once-promising prep football star was dismissed Thursday following a recantation by his accuser. Brian Banks collapsed in sobs on the counsel table during a court hearing where a prosecutor quickly conceded the decade-old case and moved for the dismissal. In the summer of 2002, Banks’ future looked bright: He was a 17-year-old high school football star being heavily recruited by a number of colleges. But in a single day that changed with the accusations of kidnapping and rape by a female student.

He maintained there was no rape and their sexual contact was consensual, but his lawyer urged him to plead no contest rather than risk a sentence of 41 years to life in prison if convicted. He followed the advice and went to prison for six years, shattering his dreams of gridiron glory. In a strange turn of events, the woman who accused him a decade ago friended him on Facebook when he got out of prison. Wanetta Gibson explained she wanted to “let bygones be bygones.” According to documents in the case, she met with Banks and said she had lied; there was no kidnap and no rape and she offered to help him clear his record.

But she subsequently refused to repeat the story to prosecutors because she feared she would have to return a $1.5 million payment from a civil suit brought by her mother against Long Beach schools. She was quoted as telling Banks: “I will go through with helping you but it’s like at the same time all that money they gave us, I mean gave me, I don’t want to have to pay it back.” Justin Brooks, a lawyer who heads the Innocence Project, said that Banks has remained on probation, under electronic monitoring, has had to register as a sex offender and has had trouble getting a job. He said Banks continues to train for what he hopes will be a future chance at a football career.

*Album Review* - Lil Skypp - Sophisticated Street Music (Indianapolis, IN)

In the dwindling era of "Trap Music" you have emerging rappers in the aftermath. Lil Skypp, from Indianapolis, IN is a perfect example of this concept. While the fairy tales of money, cars, hoes, etc have left many disillusioned with hip hop, you have artists that reflect honest and good music. The album "Sophisticated Street Music" is a perfect title as the project never reaches a "preachy" level with its gritty tales of the other side of street fame, while still giving the message and getting through. Its a paradox in itself (the title) but Skypp's album represents the element of the streets that is rarely given a voice. The "Sophisticated" streets exist - where we all know someone who strives to do better in life, but are a victim to choices and circumstance. With that said I haven't given a project a review in awhile because I believed that the energy had not been right until this time. Sophisticated Street Music is available online at digital stores Itunes and Amazon.

I was excited to see an artist with good music drop an album and not follow the over saturated world of mixtapes that is the current state of Hip Hop. The decision to come with an album had me anticipating the quality and overall layout because this is an ALBUM. The 1st song, "Blind World" ft Lee'A Ro was a GREAT introduction to the message and set the tone for the rest of the project. Lil Skypp delivers A-1 lyrics and conveys the story of a young man reflecting on the struggle and gives a picture to the state of young minds that exist. The beat (Produced by Young Kros) really translates the pain into music with the synth horns and stereo bass. I was eager to hear Lee'A Ro and she did NOT disappoint with her feature and delivery. She puts SOUL in a bottle on this track. Singing "Everybody wants to splurge like this, but nobody wants to work for rent", she takes the listener TO the message immediately. Great introduction. "No Promises" (prod by Young Kros) has a Kanye West type of feel and Lil Skypp delivers the message again well in this song. I believe that is a trend and strength of this artist, I always think of Ice Cube when I listen to Skypp. REAL TALK and Street Knowledge in between reality. A bar, "I Don't Want to Be Broke, But I don't want to cook crack", is a perfect example. The album keeps a great feel with "IDK" ft. Lil Billy, who delivers a nice "Eminem" feeling hook. A compliment indeed. The next record that really stands out is "OMG" ft HFBT. This song has been moving through the channels but the production by Mondo Geezy and the simple but catchy hook on "OMG" have it on the verge of being an instant hit. Lil Skypp and Lil Billy give the track what it needs and JE Heartbreak came in and blessed the track with his gritty voice and quick punch lines. There is no dead spot in the record which often takes place in a record of BPM 90. "Real Thangs", "Mindstate" (prod by Mondo Geezy), and "Too Fast" (prod by HD) all have great sonics and feeling in the beats. I thought the message of "Mindstate" was an example of the Street but Sophisticated theme that laid nice to the music. "Too Long" was a GREAT message to the artists of his local scene and was a PERFECT ode to the issues that have been going on with the artists in his market and why they have not made it. "Do" ft Lil Billy is a GREAT song and has great potential. The hook is superb on this record. The "should be" single of this album comes in at #13 in the form of "Resistance" ft Jacob Alexander & Lil Billy. This was produced by the famed Lex Luger (Waka Flocka, Rick Ross, etc) and has the most world wide music appeal. The slight techno production mixed with the crooning on the hook would have the Flo-rida's and Pitbulls of the world nervous. The album moves on with a serious sound with "Last Forever". Ft JE Heartbreak and Lee'A Ro, this song is an ode to those who hope for better while reflecting on the past wrongs. The message is real and both JE and Skypp give testimonies to this idea. This is probably my favorite song on the album.

Overall, the production by Mondo Geezy, Young Kros and HD stand out as they create a WHOLE sound mixed with melodics, samples, and wide appeal. I thought that the tracks "Alright" and "Worth It" probably could have been left off. They had good vibe but did not fit in with the bar, raised by several tracks on this project. The title track "Sophisticated Street Music" also left some to be desired, simply because it is the title track. The addition by subtraction would have probably given this album and even higher rating. But do not be fooled this album is a VERY polished project. The mastering is there, the production, the lyrics and the message all in one is something that the game NEEDs very sorely. A variety. All in all, Lil Skypp delivered the goods on "Sophisticated Street Music" and I applaud his work. I enjoyed listening to the album and will definitely put it back in the deck.

I give this album 3.8 out of 5 bands

*They Did What?* Files - L.A. suspends 7 cops for 'Jump Out Boys' clique

Not even possible. Not the LAPD??? Nawwwwwwwwww.... get out of here. lol By NbcLosAngeles.com Seven deputies from the Los Angeles County sheriff’s gang unit are on paid leave during an investigation into their suspected involvement in a secret clique that promoted aggressive policing and celebrated officer shootings, sources confirmed to The Los Angeles Times Wednesday. For more, visit NBCLosAngeles.com Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore confirmed to NBC4 that seven deputies have been placed on leave, but, citing an internal affairs investigation, would not comment further. Whitmore told NBC4 that his department was aware of the clique and investigating the suspected gang before the paper broke the story. Days after the news broke, the captain of the division told his deputies in a private briefing that they “shamed the department by forming the group and urged those responsible to identify themselves,” the Times reported. One deputy came forward and named six others, a source told the paper. All seven were placed on paid leave this week. Sources with knowledge of the inner workings of the division told the newspaper that current and former Gang Enforcement Team members comprise the clique that used gang-like three-finger hand signs and branded themselves with matching tattoos, modified after a shooting. The tattoo's design is believed to include a grinning skull with red eyes, wrapped in a bandana imprinted with the letters “OSS” – allegedly representing Operation Safe Streets, the name of the larger unit the Gang Enforcement Team is part of, the Times reported. The Gang Enforcement Team is divided into two platoons of relatively autonomous deputies who target neighborhoods where gang violence is high, locate armed gang members and take their guns away, the Times reported.

**BREAKING** Lil Boosie Found Not Guilty

Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie, whose real name is Torence Hatch, has been found not guilty of murder. The jury deliberated for about an hour. Supporters are cheering outside the 19th Judicial Courthouse in Baton Rouge. Hatch and his defense team hugged and began crying once the verdict was read. Prosecutors said Hatch hired Michael Louding, also known as "Marlo Mike," to kill Terry Boyd. The 35-year-old was shot to death through a window while inside his home in 2009. Hatch is currently serving an 8-year prison term on drug charges and is being held in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. In its closing, the prosecution said the evidence speaks for itself. Prosecutor Dana Cummings said Louding admitted on interrogation tape that Hatch gave him $2,800 in $20s after the murder. She said Carvis "Donkey" Webb and Hatch worked on Louding to get him to tell the "truth." According to Cummings, during phone calls to Louding, Webb told him, "Follow my lead and you coming home Marlo." She also told the jury Hatch wrote in a letter to his mother that he might have said some things that incriminate him. Cummings said the lyrics in Hatch's songs again prove his intent. She said in the phrase "Yo Marlo" he even calls out his hit man. "That's billboard strong," Cummings said. Hatch's lawyer said detectives called Louding the "ace in the hole." Attorney Jason Williams pointed out that's a poker saying. He said poker is a game of deceit. He added the detective testified he's skilled at deceit and that's what this case is about. He told the jury to notice investigators said they preserved computers with lyrics on them for jurors to see, but police didn't preserve 10 hours of interrogation tape for jurors to see. "This case not about Boosie, but who's being tried first?" Williams asked. "Not the man who says he killed six people." He went on to state there is no proof Hatch had beef with Terry Boyd. He said the task force that was created needs a big arrest to keep going and then asked, "What's bigger than a rapper going down for murder?" He told the jury no one followed up on the lead Terry Boyd's mother gave, until last year. By that time, the man she told them to talk to was dead. Officers also said they never read the Terry Boyd file, but they were investigating. Boyd had 15 old scars on his body from bullet wounds. An old bullet was found in him. Williams posed the question, "Was someone coming back to finish what they started?" He said this all started over a letter Lee Lucas supposedly sent telling Hatch that, "Boyd was getting out of prison and he said he's going to 'jack and slap you.'" "Where is that letter? Why didn't Lee Lucas testify?" the attorney asked. He also stated lots of lyrics were played, but prosecutors didn't play the one that said f--- Hillar Moore. "Why?" he asked. Prosecutors were given a chance to speak to the jury one last time and finished. The judge then gave jurors instructions and they were sent to deliberate the case. Defense attorneys for Hatch rested their case Thursday afternoon without calling any witnesses. Attorney Jason Williams told jurors Thursday the defense was resting its case based on the fact the burden of proof lies with the state and based on the testimony of the state's witnesses. The prosecution had rested its case around 2:44 p.m. after six days of testimony from 27 witnesses. Click here for additional background information on the case Copyright 2012 WAFB. HARD HEAD 4 LIFE ENT PRESENTS BANKROLL MAN MAN MARLEY FEAT. PLAYBWOI

I love this joint! Off of Lil B the Big Dawg's compilation Bizne$$ Boyz.

    INTERVIEW: FREDDIE GIBBS MTV UK

The homey @FreddieGibbs talking about his new mixtape "Baby Face Killa" w/ DJ Drama. Will he take shots at Ross?
Freddie Gibbs recently paid a visit to the UK to perform at east London’s East Village venue for a one-off show, so we sent The Wrap Up’s Ra’ed Poetical down to have a chat with the rising rap star. Known to tell it like it is, the rapper spoke candidly about living a dangerous life whilst growing up in Indiana, working with Eminem and Bun B, his close friendship with his new label boss, Young Jeezy, and he also sends out a little message to a certain Maybach Music Group rapper... The Wrap Up: Welcome to London, sir. Have you been here before? Freddie Gibbs: Thank you for having me! Nope, first time. TWU: You’re only here for a day, right? Any plans to come back? Freddie Gibbs: Definitely coming back. I'm gonna rock my first show and make everybody want me to come back (laughs). TWU: You grew up in Indiana, home of the late great Michael Jackson. What was life like growing up there for you? Freddie Gibbs: It made me everything that I am today. It’s a special place and there are a lot of good people there, but it’s an economically decaying town with a lot of crime, with a lot of devils around. It’s about how you take it and shape it and use it to your advantage instead of letting it use you. Those devils, they used me for a while, but I had to do what I had to do to turn my life around and that’s what this music thing does for me. TWU: What was the pinnacle point for you where you thought to yourself, ‘I want to do music’? Freddie Gibbs: There was so much murder and s**t going on around me, I didn’t wanna succumb to that, or to things of that nature. Basically, I just needed an outlet. Rap was what I needed to express myself and give myself something to believe in. TWU: You have many stories to tell and someone you get compared to a lot is Tupac, which many of us know is one of your main musical influences. Why was he such an important figure to your career? Freddie Gibbs: He’s been my number one influence. If you say Tupac didn’t influence you, then you don’t really need to be rapping because nobody evokes that kind of emotion on a track like Tupac does. You’ve got a lot of Tupac clones, but I don’t think I'm one of them. I just think I give people a little piece of the feeling he gave them. But that’s some big shoes to fill! I didn’t wanna live my career trying to fill Tupac’s shoes. TWU: If you didn’t do music, what do you think you’d be doing instead? Freddie Gibbs: I really don’t know. If I wasn’t doing music, I’d be in jail or dead. I was on that type of path. Music took me away from that. I got kicked out of school and I got kicked out of the military. I was on a path of destruction. TWU: Would it be fair to say that music saved your life? Freddie Gibbs: Yeah, most definitely. Like Lupe Fiasco said in the song ‘Hip Hop Saved My Life’, that was the realest song he ever made because the guy that he was talking about in that record, I was that guy before. Hustling and investing into this rap scene, freestyling, doing s**t for free that you don’t wanna do, it’s all part of paying your dues in this game and I’ve definitely done that. TWU: You’ve worked with a number of amazing artists, namely Bun B and Eminem, but who would you say you’ve learnt the most from? Freddie Gibbs: Probably Bun B. He’s always just a phone call away. Bun is like hip-hop’s big brother! He is also one of my influences and someone I look up to a lot in this game, and I will forever be indebted to him. Before I signed with Jeezy, I called Bun. Before I made any moves, I called Bun. I value his opinion and his advice. TWU: Speaking of Young Jeezy, you’re now signed to his movement. How did that whole process come about? Freddie Gibbs: I could have signed with any rapper or any record label at that point, but I wanted to go somewhere that I felt comfortable and I was around some real dudes that kept it 100. If we could establish that bond, first and foremost, then the music is simple. So yeah, we’ve got a mutual respectful and I can’t thank Jeezy enough for the opportunities he’s given me. TWU: In the past, it’s been said that Young Jeezy and Rick Ross have been going back and forth at each other. Without saying any names, where do you stand on that? Freddie Gibbs: You’ll see on the 'Baby Faced Killa' mixtape. I’ve been known not to bite my tongue. These guys blowing shots at people will definitely be dealt with accordingly. They’re not gonna say anything too crazy because they don’t want that real life s**t. They just wanna rap, you know? We’re not really into that, we’re gonna let them know what it’s really about. There ain’t gonna be no freestyle battle or no bulls**t like that. TWU: Looking forward to that! On a more positive note, is there anyone who you’d like to work with on some new music? Freddie Gibbs: Jay-Z! I'm trying to get in there with Jay-Z. I’ve got a song called ‘70’ that I want Jay-Z to feature on. There’s a couple of others guys that I wanna work with as well. Scarface and I are about to drop a couple things, same with Raekwon. I like A$AP Rocky and his stuff, Kendrick too. I’ve done some stuff with Dom Kennedy already, as well as Y.P and Young Louie from Chicago. All of the new upcoming guys who have their heads on straight, doing their thing, I'm f**king with it. I'm still f**king with all of the old G’s. TWU: Going back to the ‘Babyface Killa’ mixtape, will the album drop after that? Freddie Gibbs: I’ve got the album with Madlib coming out soon, and the Ski Beatz thing. My major debut is called ‘The Neck Tie Party’ – which is gonna be crazy! I’ve got a lot coming out this year, so it probably won’t come out this year, unless the public really, really want it. But for the meantime, I’m just building up the anticipation. TWU: And finally, what can we expect from Freddie for the rest of this year? Freddie Gibbs: I’m gonna show everyone how versatile I am. Like I said before, I'm blessed to be here and doing my thing. We’re building up to ‘The Neck Tie Party’ album, so keep an eye out because I ain’t stopping!
