Producer Spotlight: J-Cuse (Indianapolis, IN)

I wanted to do a producer spotlight section on my blog to shout out all the producers who are doing their thing. This particular producer J-Cuse, made me want to delve into his catalog after hearing a myriad of hits and asking "who produced this"? Same answer, J Cuse. His sound is unique, he does some sampling but you can hear the depth in his musical background through the rest of his arrangements. His range is as impressive as it gets, from the 90s "Boom Bap" sound, to today's "trap music" and everywhere in between. He has been making his bones producing for Midwest sensation Mark Battles and Derek Luh but has a lot of good music production credit under his belt. A line up of artists and production includes: Mark Battles ft Curren$y (Fly America) "My Shoes", Mark Battles ft Derek Luh "Hustle Back", G.B. The Flyboi "Perk N Twerk", Dizzy Wright, Euroz, and more. His work ethic is crazy and I look to see even more major placements from this prodigy. 2015 looks to be a promising year in this producer's future, J-Cuse!!
